Geraldine Bouckaert is an Associate Partner in Be UK’s CFO advisory and finance change practice. She drives complex finance transformation and cost optimisation initiatives on behalf of CFOs and senior finance leaders across the financial services industry.
She is particularly passionate about helping CFOs unlock sustainable value through pragmatic, data-driven change and clear decision-making, and is recognised for her ability to translate complexity into actionable outcomes. Alongside her client work, Geraldine plays an active role in developing Be’s finance propositions and in coaching and developing high-performing teams.
Outside of work, Geraldine is a keen traveller and loves to cook up a big meal to enjoy with her family and friends.
