He has a focus on growth, operational efficiency, and building high-performing teams using a pragmatic and commercially driven approach to leadership.
Outside of work, he is mostly disappointed in chasing the pursuit of a West Ham win but he gets more enjoyment on Spanish golf courses whenever the opportunity arises.
