Shalin Kumra

Shalin joined Be in May 2024 as Head of Finance and is responsible for everything “numbers” across the business.

A qualified chartered accountant, Shalin started her career in audit before moving into the consulting sector, where she has spent the past 10+ years supporting growing, people-led businesses. At Be, she oversees the full finance function — from revenue and billing processes through to reporting, budgeting and cash flow — making sure the business has clear, accurate insight to support decision making. She leads a small but mighty finance team and works closely with the leadership group to ensure strong financial control, good governance and a commercial mindset.
