
I joined Be UK in April 2025.
The onboarding experience was smooth and welcoming. Everyone was incredibly supportive, and I felt I had the right balance of space to settle in. Even though I had a few quick turnarounds for clients early on, the team checked in with me regularly, which made me feel truly supported and valued. The buddy and coach system also helped me settle and adjust quickly. Along with the introductions, resources, and early check-ins, it all really helped me understand how the company works and feel part of the team from day one.
Since joining, I’ve been involved in cost transformation projects, target operating model work, and FP&A initiatives. These projects have given me the chance to get hands-on straight away, collaborate with different teams, and contribute to meaningful work early on.

I’d love to travel more, both around Europe and within the UK, and pick up some new skills — work‑related, like building more financial knowledge, and outside of work, such as learning a new language (Spanish is high on the list!) and finding more hobbies in London. There’s a lot on the list, but I’m excited to start ticking them off one by one.
