What we look for

We’re always looking for talented individuals with a background in management consulting or financial services change who bring both capability and the right mindset.

Typically, our consultants have experience working either in a consultancy or within a bank’s transformation or change function, and have been involved in delivering projects within retail, commercial or investment banking.

We hire across a range of levels and specialisms, but a strong understanding of financial services environments — including governance, controls and regulatory considerations — is a consistent foundation.

What you could be doing

At Be, you’ll work as part of blended teams alongside our clients, supporting them to deliver complex change across their organisations.

Depending on your experience and interests, your role may involve:

• Supporting the delivery of large-scale transformation programmes across business, operations, technology and regulatory initiatives
• Conducting business analysis and problem-solving, helping to translate complex requirements into clear solutions
• Producing client-facing deliverables, including analysis, documentation and presentations
• Facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions to drive alignment and clarity
• Supporting project and programme management activities, including planning, tracking and reporting
• Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders within banking organisations
• Contributing to internal initiatives, knowledge sharing and the continued growth of the firm
