Since joining, I have been working on the insurance system implementation and data migration programme. It has been a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a large-scale transformation initiative, collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, and gain exposure to both system implementation and complex data migration activities.

I would describe Be UK’s culture as open, friendly, warm and welcoming. There is a genuine sense of support across the business, and people are always willing to share their knowledge, offer guidance, and make time for one another. It creates an environment where you feel valued and encouraged to grow.

I would wholeheartedly say, go for it! Joining Be UK has been one of the best decisions I have made since leaving Ireland and moving to London. The people, the culture, and the opportunities available have exceeded my expectations, and it has been an incredibly positive experience both professionally and personally.

I am gluten-free, and if you’ve met me before, there is a very good chance you’ll know that within the first five seconds of our conversation! It’s become somewhat of a running joke, but finding good gluten-free food is a skill I’ve definitely mastered over the years.
