Helena Naughton

I joined Be UK not too long ago, in 2025 as a Consultant and was promoted to Senior Consultant in June 2026.

The first project I worked on at Be involved supporting the transfer of a UK retail bank into a tier one bank, as part of a large-scale legal entity transfer programme. It was a complex piece of work involving multiple workstreams, regulatory engagement and coordination across a wide range of stakeholders.

I am currently working on third-party risk management and broader regulatory change initiatives for a tier one bank, helping the client navigate complex requirements while supporting programme delivery and implementation.

Be has a friendly and supportive culture. People are approachable, willing to help and generous with their time, regardless of seniority. There’s also a strong sense of community across the business, which makes it easy to build relationships and feel connected to colleagues outside of your project team. It’s professional and ambitious, but without feeling overly corporate.

I’d say that if you’re looking for somewhere where you can develop quickly, work on interesting projects and have a genuine voice within the business, Be is a great place to be.

One of the things I’ve valued most is the opportunity to get involved beyond client delivery. Alongside my project work, I’ve helped establish and grow the Be Women’s Network, which has been a great way to connect colleagues across the business and create opportunities for people to learn from and support one another. If you’re proactive and willing to get involved, there are lots of opportunities to shape initiatives, contribute ideas and make a real impact.

While travelling in Australia, I ticked skydiving off my bucket list. Jumping out of a plane over the Great Barrier Reef was equal parts terrifying and incredible, but the views made it well worth it.
